this and "more" by usher anything dance/ club based - my ipod is full of clubland and i recommend running trax cds - all brilliant, so much so that i have leant mine to my personal trainer to use in his circuits class!

It's unlikely you have actually gained 4lbs, you would have needed to over eat by 14000 cals last week (that's 14000 more than your TEE), prob more sodium in what you did eat so there may be some water weight. No I lost weight when I upped. I only weigh once a week so may have had a change in the days in the middle. I was stuck on 146 for a while and now 141 (upped my cals a few weeks ago- had gone home and mum told me I was too thin and spent the week trying to feed me up a bit!!!) my trainer had also told me off for not eating…

I have upped my calories now on approx 1800/day (5"8 and 141lbs), and am now losing again, I had stopped losing for a few weeks. I work out most days but even if I don't I still take in between 1600-1800. My energy is better and I don't feel hungry. Good luck

Try upping your calories, with work your bmr must be above 1500 cals? Also eat back you exercise calories and see how you go. Sounds counterintuitive but seems to work

i did livestrong (21.98%), health central (19.8%), scientificpsychic (21.7%) and my scales said (22.3%) I'm going to go with mine is somewhere around 22% which is prob ok!

I would have breakfast. How about getting a dingle fish rather than with chips ( whenever I order this it always comes with a few chips anyway!) or splitting a portion of chips with someone else (ours is always a massive portion and I can never finish it all). If not I would just enjoy it!

Mfp has my daily cals set around 1500, when I told my PT I was eating that on average he said I needed to up by around 500 a day based on the way I was training. Mfp always underestimates protein, I go over mine every day. I think you can change the settings but Im happy just knowing my diet was healthy (not so much today!) and my overall calories (again today not so good for me, back on track tomorrow!) were ok.
