  • I have much better success with fiber or protein as well. I also spread my calories through out the day and have something every 2-2 1/2 hours. No big meals and healthy snacks...apples, bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese. My body loves protein. I love carbs :)
  • I used Chantix with great success. Talk to your doctor about it, it does not work for everyone. If doc agrees to prescribe, give yourself a full 2-3 weeks after starting to quit smoking. I tried everything under the sun and this was the only thing that worked for me and it was soooo easy. Good luck!
  • If the mobile ap is a problem with focus at work or other important times, I would suggest deleting the mobile ap. You can do everything you need to from a regular computer and it's easier to set limits for yourself.
