it is working for me....the containers is not was you are really paying for. Its the Shakeology that is actually the spendy item. But I like the shakeology much better than other I have tried (i.e. Advocare, Isogenix) I also like the dvd and streaming workouts. I get that it is probably cheaper to go to a class at a gym…

ob nurse here.....pregnancy is NOT a time to lose weight......you are growing another human and your body needs healthy eating and moderate excercise. Please speak to your ob provider regarding how much weight you should be GAINING during pregnancy. blessings to you.....

The reason I was finally motivated to lose weight was because of this fact....some places I have read up to 6lbs of pressure with each pound loss....either way it has already helped!!

I found it weird that they have oatmeal....there oatmeal is 290cals.....my worst quakers instant flavor is 160.....guess I will cont to avoid the gross arches......

I love wii sport tennis and boxing....I exercise for 30 min...work up a sweat.....and totally get competitive with the other mii's......however the xbox kinect looks really cool and maybe better? I would check out both!!

I for one am working my *kitten* off (literally)......my successes are not coming easily.....and people ask me how I am losing weight....I say "it is this new, really super secret, plan.....I am burning more calories than I am consuming....I am eating less and moving more" so fun to see their response.
