Golf.
I have a question.....I wear a fit bit so my steps are already counted .....so when I play golf (riding in a cart, but I am working toward walking the course) should I log it in exercise? I don't want to "over estimate" my calorie burn from my gold game.

Back at it....
So I joined MFP in Oct of 2011 and lost 30lbs.....then I kinda dropped out. I have been back on a few times .......but now I am BACK.... tomorrow will be day 10 in a row!! my arthritic knees

I exercised. I got my *kitten* off the couch and exercised for 30 min. I am proud. heck, I may even darken the door of the gym I pay every month but never go to......baby steps....little by little....

made it through day one
I did it! came in under calories.....drank more water than I have in months....in fact it has increased my thirst...going to have to get another sip before I turn in! Tomorrow I am adding some exercise!! wooo hooo here we go!
