  • Welcome Mike! Ang is right, you need to eat more so your body has enough energy to burn weight. When you exercise more you can eat more :-)
  • I've been eating huge Honeycrisp apples lately and that does the trick for a while...chased by water.

  • Almost everything I eat comes in a box, can or plastic bag (not all of it is crap though). I know I need to eat more fresh fruits and veggies and cut back on salt...it's just so hard. But I know I can't afford excuses. I rarely eat pork, fried foods or beef, so I'm good there. I have to stay away from sweets and salty…

  • I'm glad that you found your motivation, I'll have to make sure that I just keep my goal in mind. I just want to be healthy and not wheeze and whine when I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.   • I used the automatic thingy and set it for a 10 pound weight loss with 5 days of 20 minute exercise (I'm so lazy, I know). I tried the manual goal setting but I have no idea how to figure out all that daily intake stuff. Suggestions?
