I find it easy to avoid but I dont eat much processed stuff. I buy plain yogurt and add my own sweetener and maybe vanilla extract . I prefer to buy plain stuff and add my own sweetener. I even order unswettened iced tea out and bring my own stevia packets. If I forget I would prefer to just use sugar.

I did not measure myself at my heaviest but before I came here at my heaviest I was size 16. When I joined here I was size 14 and now I am a 12 :)

ohh Cadbury creme eggs thats what I love. I usually have 1-2 a year. I figure its only once a year. I also notice that every year I want them less and less because they are so sweet now.

I have done research and it does not seem to matter when you eat. I love OJ too. I either just limit myself to a small glass on rare occasions or I slice up an orange and have that instead. I also will juice my own oranges sometimes by hand if you only buy a few oranges for the week this will limit how much you drink.

I do this once a month lol...because the first 2 days of TTOM I am not hungry at all and worse I feel sick if I eat. Yup. I was sick for yrs and in bed with no sun became deficient in vit d . I was just told to take supplements and if I wanted to try and get 20 min of sun on my arms or legs a day ( with no sunblock) I just wore shorts or a tank and lay on a couch by the window for 20 min. It did make me feel a bit better doing that.

I believe so. My brother eats junk. One meal a day and is very skinny.He breaks all the rules lol. I thought it was genetic for a long time untill I tracked all his cals and activity ..Turns out that in general he eats just at maintance. its junk but its maintance so he doenst gain.
