  • I never understood not eating at night. I eat dinner around 8 or 9 in fact its 10: 30 here now and I'm just starting desert. As long as you stay in your calories it does not effect your weight loss. The only reason to not eat late is if you have acid reflux or are uncomfortable feeling laying down with a full tummy.

  • You must be reading my mind lol. I have 3 sets on my fridge. One if I lose 4 lbs a month, one for 5 lbs month and one for 6 bs a month. When I have the urge to slack I look at them and it helps keep me on track! I can decide if I want to slow my weight loss or speed it up and I can see where I will be in the future…

  • Ive never toasted mine either. The stuff I buy from Giant doesnt have to be rinsed but when I buy in bulk from a local health food store I do need to rinse...I discoved that the hard way lol.

  • I have late dinners anyway 8 or 9 PM I cannot sleep if I am even a little hungry. Eating before bed wont effect your weight so really its only if if it effects your sleep or if you have acid reflux that you should avoid it. Good luck tommorow I hope you have a better time hitting your cals :)
  • I didn't actually change my settings but I aim for over the settings on fat and protien and a bit less for carbs because I feel so much better when I do. I also leave the calories set at 1200 but I change up my calories, I try not to go for more then 2 days in a row of the same cals because I was hypothyroid in the past…
  • Mine also says 1200 but I rarely eat that little. I don't think it is enough. I have had thyroid issues in the past so I zig zag my calories between 1200 and 1400 or so and also have once a week where I eat maintanece ( or..maybe a little more :blushing: ) to help keep my thryroid from getting sluggish.
