I also did the waist trainer thing for a minute, more to suppress my appetite by squeezing than anything....which did work some but was not worth the discomfort and constant adjusting. Save your money.

This probably isn't new but is to me! These are surprisingly satisfying...they have a yummy candy coating of flavor instead of some chalky powder that I remember rice cakes having. Great glaze and crunch on these that I really like...also got the savory which uses the powders and a lot of it...also great with a good crunch…

I use it a lot for processed items that are frozen boxed items (under 250cals per)that I do not want to add more garbage to by frying in oil so I air fry these and they come out…

I could have wrote that post...here's what worked for me. Since i have better control during daytime i push back breakfast till 10-11am...then push lunch till 3-4 then have dinner late. It makes me full enough before bed i opt to go to sleep comfortably rather than risk snacking and feeling yucky. Good luck!

I had a Gastric Sleeve Surgery 3 years ago and am still on MFP daily, love this site. When you first get a surgery you can only consume 300-500 cals a day of liquid due to the SURGERY effects and HEALING process, this will not be so in a month or 2 when your incisions and internal organ has healed. The only reason for that…

Go into Diary Settings and click the box that says "Enable Negative Adjustments" sounds like it would do the opposite but makes it so that it won't subtract out any exercise calories burned.

The next time she brings up this topic, I would relate it to yourself as her friend. I would tell her how it has been hard for you to lose weight and the difficulties you have seen and dealt w/ emotionally and physically. If she has never had to deal w/ it why would it not seem like just a matter of "why don't they just…
