I am more confident. I feel good about taking care of myself. I have muscles developing that I have never had before. I don't dread going to the gym anymore. I drink more water, I hardly ever drink pop and don't miss it. I eat more fruit (still working on the veggies). I have inspired my mom to lose weight!!
