  • Happy New Year everyone! Last weight: 204.6 CWW = 206.7 Gain 2.1 Actually I ballooned up before New Years with all the snack eating I was doing and have had a pretty good week this week. I am also optimistic about the coming year.
  • Checking in. LWW = 206.7 CWW = 204.6 Loss = 2.1 I think that's my lowest weight since June. Good to be headed in the right direction.

  • I have told myself (and my wife) that if I reach my goal weight of 180, I will get a tattoo. Now, I've never really wanted a tattoo, and I'm not sure exactly where on my body it would go or what it would be, but it seems like a good motivator. Does anybody have any suggestions?

  • Weighed in this morning at 214.4, a gain of 5.3 pounds since three weeks ago. Not so good. I think I weigh more than I did when I started MFP in 2011. I am going to commit to tracking my calories all week. One step at a time. CWW = 214.4 LWW = 209.1 Gain = 5.3
