Hey Steve - glad to hear your good news. Checking in this week: CWW = 205.0 LWW = 205.2 Loss = 0.2 Not a big loss, but still in the right direction. This is the first week in a long time I have been consistently logging everything I eat. I'm hoping this will help me finally get back on track towards meeting my goal.

Well the Fourth of July weekend, and perhaps especially, pizza last night, did me in this week. Checking in, bounced back up a bit after the big loss last week. CWW = 202.4 LWW = 200.4 Gain = 2.0 I will be out of town next week, without a scale, so I won't be checking in. I may miss the week after that also. Should be back checking for sure in three weeks.

Welcome back Steve. As Tim said it's ups and downs - - and a lot of plateaus. Tim - congrats on the 25 pound loss since Jan! Checking in for this week: CWW = 200.4 LWW = 204.8 Loss = 4.4 That's my biggest loss for a long time. Hopefully it will motivate me to get out of this just above 200 plateau.

Sorry I missed last week. It's been a bad month in terms of getting exercise and watching what I eat. Weighed this morning at: CW: 207.4 LWW: 204.0 Gain of 3.4 over two weeks. I gained a lot these past two weeks. CWW = 204.7 LWW = 201.0 Gain = 3.7 But I had a good time in San Francisco. Now back at it and try to get down below 200 in two or three weeks.

Seems like I am on an every other week schedule for checking in. I need to improve if I actually want to make some progress. Anyway, Super Bowl did me in as I gained a couple pounds. LWW = 201.4 CWW = 203.9 Gain = 2.5 Holidays are over, football is done, no excuses now.
