This is really neat idea... Don't know if it's furby beating though.

What is a "dead marine cutie"?

Bummer. I started on 10/1. Lol. Ive had to take a few days off so I'm on day 23 of my first time through P90X Classic. Best of luck to you.

I agree with this. Unfortunately I haven't gotten past it yet. I'm on week 4 for my walk towards a new me, but I still miss that junk food "full" feeling. I hope it goes away soon.

Depends on what you are 100-250mg under...is it 5000mg? you should try to avoid EXTRA salt as much as possible. 2500mg is a LOT...shoot for the 1500mg area. besides, it's a good habit to get into for later on in life. Just because you are young and your body can handle the processed foods now, doesn't mean it will always…

A HRM is by far the better choice cause its monitoring REAL numbers that are associated with your body. Depending on how high tech your HRM is it can measure your pulse, how much you are sweating, etc. If you have taken the time to enter your weight, age, etc into it you are getting a much more accurate picture of what…

Your splitting hairs bro. The front side of the store has candy bars and soda too...obviously it's a general rule and you still have to make wise decisions. USUALLY the outter wall of stores contains the majority of your non-processed whole foods. (ie you dont ever find whole foods in a can or box, except maybe unsalted…

anything with any sort of sugar in it has carbs (even fruit). Doing a low/no carb diet is extremely difficult. I suggest just doing a whole food diet. Just shop around the outer edge of the grocery store (ie produce & meat), and then eat in MODERATION. I have had MUCH better results doing this than any form of a low/no…

I like your quote. Very motivational. Pick yourself up, dust off and keep on moving. You can do it.

I have been breaking out more since working out too, mine is on my shoulders and in my hair line. I just try to shower within 30 min to a hour of working out. While I cant offer you a fix, I might be able to suggest a reason. By changing your workout habits, you are producing more hormones flowing through your body,…

Welcome and best luck on your journey to your goal.

I havent tried this workout, but I just wanted to say, dont get "depressed" about what you cant do. Instead rejoice in what you can do. P90X has a saying "do your best and forget the rest". Possitive mental attitude will get you through it, just keep pushing and best of luck on your journey to your goal.

there are 3 programs in P90X. Lean, Classic, and Dual Lean is suppose to be for people just getting into the program or not wanting to do the full program Classic is the full program which has 1 rest day built in if you want it, but technically it is a 90 day straight programs Dual is for people trying to get back into a…

I have heard of it, used it for about 3 months....it's a joke, dont waste your money.

I agree 100%! I think the best option is to give your mom all the tools you can give her, and maybe throw her some SUBTLE hints like "I cant wait for you to meet your grandkids in 15 years", etc. Just so that she knows you expect her to be there in the future. My mom struggles with diabetes as well and has trouble eating…

Have you tried the "fit test"? P90X isnt really as scary as everyone makes it sound. Just "do your best and forget the rest". If you need to do a couple rounds, of P90X to get the results you are looking for, then so be it. You just have to commit mentally, if you are already working out you are a lot stronger than I was 4…

Thanks for the support guys. I am doing the classic version. I will be trying to incorporate the meal plan as much as possible too, but I need to lose weight for my job so I might have to go on a no carb diet for the next two weeks until those weigh ins are over. I'm kind of worried about that since P90X is so intensive.…
