What I did for my water load/depletion was calculate how much water I drink on average and then times it by 3 to know how much water I'll need to drink when I start my load... For me on average I drink 84.5 ounces a day, which broke down to 5 bottles of 16.9 ounces... So when you multiply that by 3 you get 253.5... I did…
