Do you weigh every single portion size... I find that i trend to underestimate my portion sizes when eyeball them instead of actually getting out the measuring cups and scale. Over time we tend to get out of the weighing habit and the sizes tend to slowly get bigger... Also I am sure the girls will chime in...but 1 month…

I am a highschool PE teacher and i put moderately active because although i am on my feet all day and running around I am not as active (IMO) as lets say a construction worker hammering away all day..or even a waitress carrying heavy dinner plates while running around :)

I ahave a lot of cardiop ones as well.. for weights you can,t go wrong with the gym styles and for cardio..I love HIIT..you need a step though...her new LIS is fun too!
