Unsure of 1RM for bench, squat and dead lifts. Wrenched my arm last week snow boarding so I'm letting it heal and taking it light with bench. Felt pretty good doing 205# on decline for reps. Had been doing 245# for reps a month and a half prior in flat bench. Really began focusing on squats and dead lifts just this year.…
