Some nights you can't sit down so i bring low cal snacks or a protein shake to munch /drink as I chart. i try to stop eating around 5am-ish so i don't go to bed full. if i am still hungry ill just drink…

Stay away from google and web MD!! they can make things far worse and drive you crazy thinking you!! Keep your DR apt and get testing done. rest until then and make sure your eating an appropriate amount of calories. you don't need to have diabetes to have low blood sugar, if your not eating right it can also happen. Im an ER nurse for 12 years ... you really need to go to a dr to get checked out. It may just be simple as simple as imbalanced electrolytes or anemia but heaven forbid if its something worse. ignoring these things don't make them go away :( Do you take a multivitamin and are you drinking enough water? Those are my first 2…

maybe he thinks if you lose all this weight you will leave him? sit down and talk with him. communication is always the key. and try to do things together to "get healthy" versus "being on a diet"?? best of luck

ive been on nights for about 2 months now. ive found that going midnight to midnight works best for me. it helps to keep me consistent on my days off also. i do like the idea of splitting it up into 4hr increments though! i think im going to change mine to that. it will help to identify the "problem times". good luck!!

We all need something to enjoy and look forward too!! if you enjoy a glass of wine then by all means speed up your walk or do some extra exercises to make up for the calories! What better motivator to burn the calories than for something you enjoy!! There are plenty of times I stayed on the treadmill or elliptical alittle…

i had the worst time from week 5 to week 6 on my app. I slowed my run down and redid the week until I got it right. Now that I completed week 6, I actually restarted at week 3 day 1 and upped my speed on the treadmill. Keep it up and most importantly don't get discouraged! A slow run is better than no running!!

Definitely go to a running store and get fitted!! I started running in Nikes and was getting awful shin splints. I was fitted for brooks and love them. Everyone is different and needs a shoe perfect for them!

I think some days we "have it" and some days we "don't"; Im the same way. I blame mine on lack of sleep (working nights and not sleeping well during the day). i got to w6d3 on c25k, then i got discouraged by not being able to always be finish the workout. This week, i restarted my workout on week 3 and turned the treadmill…
