true, BUT....a tighter core, assuming your extra fat is now covering a "loose" core, which planks can help with, can give a tighter look and feel when you are only 5-10 pounds away from goal

planks are a good core exercise to start with...build up slowly and consistently with your plank time

As with any big change in our habits, sticking with it can be a challenge. I would ease into it gradually and see how it goes. yes...I eat dairy on purpose while going to bed for this very reason

only if it keeps you up longer than you want to be I cant work out then go to sleep right away very well...I am too amped up for at least an hour or so if you dont have that issue, there is nothing wrong with it at all

not a fan of buying too much of it from the bulk bins end up eating it to prevent it from going bad...not that great a snack...high carb and toms of calories for extra long hikes or walks I used to take a pay day or a clif bar and some beef jerky

perhaps some people MIGHT try and log them afterwards, but a true binge while it is happening is unloggable....it happens too fast unless we have different definitions of binging if you are a binge eater, until you get a handle on it, you HAVE to keep junk out of the house it is the only way I know

dont try to take on too much too soon one or the other of those programs are plenty unless you are already in excellent shape I would do one or the other but not 2 programs on the same day too much too fast and you risk muscles too sore to do anything or burnout or worse, an injury take your time good luck
