you are assuming that weighing and estimating are only going to give a 12 calorie variance. 12 calories is deminimis but the variance between weighing and visually estimating can be much more than 12 calories.

how often does the motor kick in? usually after about 20 minutes is average. Maintaining the temperature depends on the quality/condition of the door seal and the volume of the contents. A fridge with very little in it will lose temperature faster than a full fridge and a worn or damaged door seal will lose temp quickly.

who said it was bad? a wrestler trying to cut weight for a weigh in or a person wanting to get slimmed for a photo shoot is not going to want creatine in the days before the event as it can cause water retention. Creatine is not bad but not everyone wants it in their regimen

torture? ok, frozen veggies are tough. Microwave for a few minutes, season a bit or not, then eat.

bent out of shape? no. The OP. to me anyway, was saying that while she loves bread, it eats up alot of her calories. And bread does have alot of calories (usually) This whole thread will of course turn into a "everything in moderation" thread.

I suppose if you added a bunch of spinach that could be a meal but I wouldnt do just eggs and butter exclusively.

no. But I cut back on carbs very gradually as I was in no hurry to get into ketosis. I was at about 100 for quite a while then cut down from there. Neverr had any of the keto flu symptoms.
