  • I try to eat a little something if I work out first thing in the morning. Like a banana or some light yogurt. Then eat my breakfast after I cool down. I try not to eat anything after 8pm.   • I think it is important to weigh in at least every couple of weeks to track your progress. Weight loss is not the only measure that is important though. You should also track your progress on your key measurements on your waist, hips, neck, etc. Good luck and keep the faith!
  • Good luck Rob. Just stay faithful to your goals and keep up with your food and exercise diary daily. You will feel so much better and your friends will begin to notice the change. It is hard in the beginning but I promise it will get easier day by day. You can do it!
  • OK. I get it now. It doesn't break out the various exercises but rather just lumps them all together and tracks it based on time as opposed to # or sets or type of exercise or amount of weight. That doesn't seem to really capture the essence of the strength training but it is better than nothing. Thanks!
  • When i try to find strength training and other exercises in the cardio section it doesn't find them. Do I have to create the strength training exercises from scratch? If so where do I find out how many calories a particualr exercise burns? Sorry I am dense this morning.
