That is exactly how I feel (although I'm more than 1900 on workout days...)! I'm drooling here thinking of what I could eat with 2700 calories!

Did you add anything back into your diet that you had removed?
-
For real. Our kids are becoming more and more stupid, because we're requiring less and less. We are slowing becoming one of the most lazy and stupid countries in the world!

Naked Tenders are great!

I am with you, girls! ... except that my legs retain water too, so I'm an extra-juicy pear. Ugh.... Don't give up! When I was at my GW the first time I had the thighs I want. Now only to get there again....

I guess I can't complain too much. God does make our bodies special and unique and we're not all VS models (I'm not sure they are either... ever seen those videos about photo shop??) lol I guess I'm having the hardest time b/c I've had the thighs I wanted at one point.... When I was at GW the first time; I was exercising…

I have a few: 1. Run faithfully 2. Complete my Vestal XX race (12.4 miles) in a 9.5 min/mile pace or less. 3. Start lifting 4. Continue to transition to no dairy (allergy) 5. Lose lbs and if not that, then inches (stupid scale) 6. Eat more! We need to follow-up at the end of the month to see how we did!

Ok, so there's quite the difference in my calorie burn on days I work out/run and days I don't. Of course, it depends on the day. My question: On days I do work out, my cal intake needs to be 1978 (or so) according to the information in this group. (and why am I suddenly confused... I don't have to NET that amount,…

Thanks, everyone!!

I don't own any weights except for a machine similar to a BowFlex...? (or some little 5lbers. :) ) I'm looking to get some heavy weights by the end of June, but until then, does a BowFlex work similarly... is it worth using? I'm confused (and honestly, just need to go and buy NRoLfW). I'm doing a lot of running 'cause I'm…

So, on my lowest days, I need to NET about 1547 or so and on exercise days I need to NET 1775... I know I keep asking the same thing over and over in different ways... I guess I always struggle to net 1300... lol. YAY! Time to pig out on some good food! :)

I thought my TDEE was what I would have to eat to maintain? So, I would want to eat that - the 15% to lose and my TDEE to maintain?
-
Ok, please confirm I'm doing this correctly: According to this... BMR: 1347 TDEE: 2088 I should eat my TDEE (2088) - 15% = 1775 to lose weight. I run 4 days a week (3mi on Monday, 5mi on Tuesday, 3mi on Wednesday, and a long 10 or so mi run on Saturday). I walk 3 miles 5 days a weeks as well (1 mi on each of my breaks and…

Wow..cut the guy a little slack!! I don't think he's saying looks are everything... ever heard of sarcasm?? This guy is asking the question millions of us have asked all along?? How do some couples end up together?? I will admit. I've wondered that as well even with "ugly" girls ending up with "hot" guys (I use quotations…
