Yes, yes, yes. :) I haven't stopped lifting at all since I've gotten pregnant. I still lift heavy (not heavy enough that I would find myself holding my breath---or maybe I'm just focusing more on breathing now?). I have to modify a few things that would have put me on my stomach now. If I had the right equipment to do the…

Don't give up. You've tried ALOT in 2 months, and I think your body might need a little rest from all the change. Join the Eat More 2 Weigh Less group on here, find your TDEE and your BMR and go with that. I promise it will work. I was stalled for MONTHS!!! (like 6 months!!) and never saw the progress I wanted until I…

^^ YES!!! I find I am more thoughtful and calm as I run in the rain. It's relaxing and soothing and seems to help pace and breathing (in my opinion). However, you're also talking to someone who rejoices in thunderstorms and wishes I lived where we had crazy storms. lol

ok... let me say this. Genetics might play a part, but I think that the amount you exercise during, the way that you exercise/live after, and of course, the food you eat ALL play a part in helping our bodies recover! Way to go on your progress! I am 19 weeks pregnant and am inspired/excited with the results you showed. As…

I'd never even heard of The Jailbreak 'cause it's only a Texas thing.... sorry, that might be killing your responses.

Ok, all these numbers are pre-pregnancy (although I have to admit I'm sticking pretty close to these numbers still.) I figured out with all the working out I am doing that at 5'2.5" and 120 lbs, these were my numbers: TDEE - 2327 So, I allowed a 15% deficit and that gave me 1978 a day. Edited to add: I eat that much every…

The prone Jackknife on the exercise ball? If so, I start out with the ball at my knees and my body positioned like I'm about to do a pushup (except with my back half up on the ball). From there, I tuck in and until my knees are tucked up and the ball is at my feet. It's quite an intense ab workout actually.

This morning, my husband cuddled up behind me and said so simply, "You're my best friend." Yesterday, he texted me to say that he was thinking about me a lot the last few days and that he chooses me. Goodness, makes my heart, which was already melted, run everywhere.

Bump... really?? No one? Help a guy out!

Could you be having a major sugar drop? In high school, I would totally feel this way, and we have some sugar tests done. I was showing alot of the signs of hypoglycemia. I would also check your vit D and your iron. I was anemic for 4 years and it played with my energy, food desires, and emotions.

Also, there's an app called "Shoedometer" that is great if you have a smartphone.

I put 600 running miles on my last pair (but I had additional walking/work miles on them). My newer pair is strictly running (not even for walking) and I have 360 miles on them so far. I will replace them when I hit 500 miles.

BTW... your post showed up on the right for Top Forum Discussions. :)

LOL Your calves are TOO SMALL? Do a little research and feel blessed. Some of us (like myself) would die to lose inches off our calves. I'm 115-120 lbs with 14" calves. Mine look HUGE! It comes down to appreciating our bodies as we were created. :) The grass always looks greener.... but it still has to be mowed.

Everyone, the bread is pre-made, so whether or not the bread itself is 12" or 11", it's the same amount of bread. It either is shorter and taller or more compact or longer and thinner.

I know I'm going to start WWIII with this, but.... Blaming food for being fat is like blaming guns for dead people. We have become such a blame-shifting people. Take responsibility for what YOU put in your own mouth. Don't blame a great tasting yet bad for you food. Take responsibility. If you never do that, you'll never…
