Hey! Thanks for the encouragement! As a disclaimer, my profile pic is me about 10 lbs. lighter on my honeymoon about 2 years ago. That is my inspiration photo... that's where I want to be. All that being said, I love the counsel. It's not "harsh". It's real. Thank you.

When I'm running and I'm so exhausted and still have a mile left, I say to myself, "Anyone can do anything for a mile!" That helps me relax and just focus on my goal.

I'm 5'3".... I wear s/xs shirts and for jeans, 0-2, depending on the brand and style. SW (not using MFP): 130 GW: between 105-110 CW: 118 last time I checked. (I need to update this... I never weigh myself!)

What if you're not hungry when you're sick... Still eat? eat less? I don't have the stomach bug, but this sickness has actually left me (the one who's hungry ALL the time) with pretty much zero appetite). Thoughts?

I am 118 right now and want to lose about 10 or so more pounds. I am only 5' 3" and felt great around 110-ish. I JUST made this on Saturday, and I ended up with 136 calories per slice (just crust of course). How did you measure your cheese? by the oz. or by the general cup? That will make a difference.
