I like a triangle of laughing cow cheese, with sliced tomato on top. Sometimes I use Brocolli Slaw, shake it with a dressing, and wrap it up with some cheese or peppers.

Other days I eat toast and peanut butter- I keep the pb at work so all I need to bring is a slice of bread. Another idea is portioned cottage cheese, or…

Eat! Try to eat something with protein to help keep you full longer. If you go over in cals, add in some exercise. Listen to your body.

I use brocolli slaw, or coleslaw. I like to add frozen peas or unsweetened cranberries, and a lite vinaigrette dressing. Sometimes I top it with chicken.

I do use melatonin occasionally- I sleep like a log and feel amazing the next day! I only need a half tablet and drift off within the hour. I've also used valerian root. Both work well. This is the Valerian mix I've used: http://well.ca/products/jamieson-relax-sleep_331.html

They also eat a protein with every snack. I notice people at work eating grapes and cheese a lot. You should ask them for a copy of the meal plan/points system, and then modify it for yourself. In my opinion, you should be able to eat whatever it is they are eating.
