I gained weight during the two years that I was on Effexor. I was able to lose all of it when I went on Celexa. Wellbutrin made me manic and I was only able to take it for about 10 days. Everyone is different. :)

I have to rotate the band from one arm to the other as the metal makes my skin very itchy. The worst case was red blisters on my upper left arm. Today, I've switched it to my upper right leg- not sure if this was a good idea or not because I've registered a much higher amount of vigorous activity today...

I contacted customer service and they reset my password for me. This, however, was not the problem. I had to update my ios on my iphone. BMF staff weren't the ones to figure it out- my computer-savy boyfriend was!

I enjoyed the Kettleworx DVD's.... I got them from a friend so I'm not sure how much they are. I tried the Jillian Michaels DVD but much preffered Kettleworx. You could also try youtube?

That's 1 gram/lb of goal weight, correct? ^^ ^^ ^^ It's a good ballpark, without complicating things too much. The fiber goal is also set quite low-. I've read elsewhere that women under 50 should consume 25 grams of fiber per day, rather than 14.

I didn't lose any weight both times that I completed the C25K running program- but did notice that my pants felt looser and my core was tighter. Measuring is your best bet. :)

I followed the Kettleworx DVD's this past winter and whew- what a workout! You'll be sore for days! Highly recommend KB's.
