BMF App - Unable to log in

Hi guys- I was able to use my BMF without any issues for the first week, but am now suddenly having problems logging in. I've deleted the app and re-installed it on myiPhone 4, but am still being told that I am entering the wrong user data.

Any thoughts? Has this ever happened to you? It's more annoying than I thought because I use the app rather than the website 80% of the time.

    Have you contacted customer service? I haven't had any problems today.

    I've contacted BMF via email and will update the post when the issue is resolved.

    I contacted customer service and they reset my password for me. This, however, was not the problem. I had to update my ios on my iphone. BMF staff weren't the ones to figure it out- my computer-savy boyfriend was!

    My wife had this problem yesterday after she was allowed to setup an easy password on her iPhone while the site only accepts a complex password. I made a complex password for her on the site and the app started working.
