Are you new to stationary bikes ? If so the sore butt will go away in about 4 more bike rides you can also purchase a padded bike seat from target or Walmart and out it on the bike. iWork's ugliest getting a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate monitoring of your calorie burn :) Good job girlfriend - keep it up !
