Pumpkin pie can be made with splenda and is JUST as satisfying, particularly when you add spices and whipped cream (either a "lite" version or actual whipped with no sugar).

nope, you used to be able to enter your own amounts, but now you just have to toy with your percentages. see if changing your total calorie intake helps you come to the macro amounts you want, because that's what the percentage is of.
