Welcome. If you can, try to workout in the morning before work. That way you start your day active and don't leave your workout to chance. It also encourages you to be more active during the day. It may be early and not the most ideal time, but you'll love having it out of the way!

You are on the right track. Turbo Jam is a great introduction to Fire. The workout/moves are less intense, but just as effective. You will see great results with Jam and it will build your confidence to return to Fire. Good luck!!

I recently started the TA program, I use it along with TurboFire. Not sure about the calorie count, I only use the toning. It's great for toning, but don't assume it burns many calories.

I love Turbo Fire, I log it as Kickboxing (Turbo Jam). Fire is more intense than Jam, so I gauge/adjust it to my Fitbit.
