This happened to me too. I developed a strss fracture and had to stop running for 12 weeks. The first 3 weeks I was depressed, irritable and cried a lot. I later read that you can have withdrawls from stopping. Pretty amazing. I was finally able to run again a few weeks ago and i almost cried it was so fantastic!!!

It takes time and you have to give your body time to respond. I reccommend a couch to 5k app on your phone. I have one on my iPhone and loved it. Just make sure you don't do too much too fast. I did and ended up with a stress fracture. Make sure to cross train and just worry about distance rather than speed on most days…

Forgot to post my weight yesterday..... Starting weight 191.2 For 1/29 weigh in 187.4 Total loss of 3.8 pounds This weeks loss 1.6 pounds 6.2 pounds to go!!!

Coffee with fat free creamer and Splenda or hot tea with splenda but I drink water mostly but I also like it room temperature.

I dont even know what's going on. I don't know where to find the sheet or if there has ever been one. I keep asking and have even messeged but have gotten no responses. I'm going to keep weighing in on Sundays so you should just do the same.

I took all of that junk to work for my coworkers. We usually don't buy goodies and chips. My husband and I are trying to leave that stuff at the store :)

Starting weight for 1/6/12----191.2 Goal is to loose 10 pounds by 2/14/12 This would be a really good birthday present since my bday is 2/27. I am excited about this challenge. Does anyone know where I can get the spreadsheet and log on it and what days are we weighing on? LET'S DO IT!!!

Thanks for the input!!! I have been stretching before and after my runs but what do you mean by rolling? and how do you recommend I use compression-while jogging and what do I use? Forgive my ignorance :)

I would love to do it everyday!!! But I am never deprived for longer than a week or 2.
