I think I'm the whole darn fruit cart...I've got 2 watermelons, banana arms, and apple tummy, and two papaya's to stand on. I guess I'm rather evenly distributed in the fruit world :)

I think 2 for the wedding (it's a little more formal) and 3 for your "Night on the Town" . They all look great though. Personally 4 is my favorite on you but I think it's more office attire then wedding or a fun night. Good luck with your choice.

SW 299 CW 277 GW 180 I am just shy of 5'3" with a large frame, curves and all. I would love to get down to around 160ish but for right now anything under 200 would be great. I had gastric bypass about 8 years ago and gained all my weight back. I can't eat certain things because of the surgery but I also don't lose weight…

The theory would be to eat something healthy like salad or a banana or yogurt but sometimes you just gotta eat something more. maybe peanut butter and jelly sandwich on weight watchers wheat bread (80cal for 2 slices). That's just my recommendation but really your going to have what you want :flowerforyou:

I eat about 1900 cal a day and without excerise I have been able to lose about 22lbs. I'm trying to lose weight slowly so that I keep it off this time. Thanks for the topic.

I was never thin or skinny so I'm in the same boat. I've been overweight since I was about 5 or 6. I guess the ways I deal with it is rather then looking at how thin I can get I'm trying to get as healthy for me as I can get. For me it's just a matter of changing your perspective since there really is noting to compare to…

Portion control is a good way but I find it to be easier not to even put more then you should have in front of yourself. For example, when I pack lunches for work I only pack what is reasonable to eat in a tupperware and that's it. If I need to snack then I try to snack on protein bars, high fiber bars or veggies/fruit.…

If eating something (ie, carbs, protein bars, etc) doesn't work then you might want to consider changing your workout times. Maybe work out at night when you get off work instead of in the am or vice versa. You could also ask your doctor to check your hormone levels; maybe something is a little off there? Good luck…

I have 1 tattoo on my ankle (rose with a heart and the stem is in an S shape for my name). I wouldn't mind getting more but I already got the one I couldn't wait to get and I haven't settled on anything else. Maybe some day in the future, I have plenty of time to decide :flowerforyou:

1 egg, 2 slices fiber on honey whole wheat bread (only 50 cal a slice), 1 piece of cheese (sargento-colby jack), 1 piece of ham (hormel-all natural-only 18 cal) all in a nice yummy sandwich  if I'm having a bad week then maybe no cheese :flowerforyou:

Well my boyfriend always wants the lights on, I don't get a choice. I guess it's ok though since he loves to look at me

I very much understand your situation. I've been on here for 3 months with no friends until 2 days ago. I had lost 25lbs but in the past 2 weeks I've gained about 5-7 of it back and I'm deathly afraid to step on the scale Tuesday (weigh in day). I was hoping that I was pregnant because then I would have an excuse for the…

I can pat my head and rub my tummy at the same time...thanks daddy for that trick, lol

1) I've always been fat, for as long as I can remember (since I was about 4-5) 2) I don't care what other people think 3) Whatever 4) I can't do anything anyway 5) This is how I'm supposed to be 6) It's genetics Ugh, what a depressing list...That's why I'm trying to loose weight now :flowerforyou:

I'm not sure why but I also think it's because of the significant weight loss the previous week. I'm personally stuck and have actually gained 5lbs so I'm totally bummed. Hope things get better for you, good luck

To me seeing the scale below 200 is a dream that is very far away right now but boy when that day comes I will be happier then a pig in mud. Good luck to all of us who have a lot to lose Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Currently it's Chocolate Milk (I can't get enough of it right now) or potatoes but give me another week and I'm sure I'll be craving something else. NO I'M NOT PREGNANT. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I've been doing 1lb a week for the past 3 month and find it to be very encouraging. I tend to meet if not exceed my expectations each week and if I plateau then it's only 1 pound so it "could just be water weight". I think that 1lb a week is a great starting point and if your feeling motivated then feel free to step it up.…

Yes!!! This happens to me every month and it is so annoying and frustrating. The good thing is that usually the next week my weight goes down again but this month has been extra hard for me. Good luck! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I'm almost 5'3" and not even close to my goal weight but I was 155 once and man did I look skinny. I have a large frame with both boobs and butt to go with it so I'll never be "skinny" or close to 130. Right now I'd love to be under 200 but that's going to take some time. Good luck everyone!!! Oh my lord! First of all what a jerk, second of all BRAVO on the AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS!!!!! I've been seriously overweight my whole life and the only time I was as thin as you was after my gastric bypass (I gained the weight back). Now I'm starting from scratch again at almost 300lbs, I've been capable of loosing 23 lbs but…

I definately need to loose more then 100lbs and I'm on my way. I'm taking my pace slowly but surely since I'm not physically able to work out at this point. Considering that I'm not excerising other then just walking around at work I've been able to loose 23lbs in 3 months. I'm loving the results and am looking forward to…
