Good Morning, This weight loss thing is a pain in my rear end! Anyway, I am slowly climbing back on the wagon. I gained a LOT of weight after a series of accidents and everytime I think I am back on track I start having the back issues again and fall off. So here I am again, Trying to RESTART!

Thanks Everyone! Walking and/or jogging outside would be great. However, it is COLD. And even though I have lived in Michigan my entire life, I still dont like to be outside in the very cold weather. Unfortunately, I have the same problem. I keep saying to myself, I wish there was a reminder on the phone app that would tell me I hadnt logged for the day. Or maybe a notification when my friends log - kind of like facebook. LOL. One thing that helps me (when I remember to log) is to log all of my meals in the morning.…

Thanks Everyone! I see I have a lot in common with many of you. I also LOVE DDR - I get a really good workout with that! The Wii fit really did not excite me as much once I got it home and out of the box. I have not tried EA Active or Dance Central or the Biggest Loser - But I would really like to try all of them.…

@MIMITIME - That is definitely a good plan. I did that all week except for today and I believe that was my downfall. I got busy and ran out of time so I hit the buffet my daughter wanted to go to. Although I watched my portions and did not overeat as I usually do, I still had one too many slices of pizza! :mad:

Erica. I totally understand. I have been on the same emotional roller coaster! i have been doing good since I started this on Monday, but today I went over in my calories by 63 calories. :sad: . I am trying not to get discouraged and I will definitely be paying more attention this weekend! Good Luck!:happy:
