  • Oh my, I just wrote about this. I get there 10 minutes early to get my spot on the 2nd row at the end closest to a wall because I am a tall and big girl and I am being considerate to not block the people behind me. Then, there is that one little cutsie girl who walks in 5-10 min late and crams me and expects me to move…
  • Agree. Do not take my spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In Zumba, I would like to be able to take 10 sec to get a sip of water without losing my spot. Also, if you are late to class, don't cram an area and expect others to move for you when there is plenty of space elsewhere.
  • I often tend to think that people leave me because I am overweight. Truth is, confidence goes a long way and that is something I lack. Unless he straight out told you that, I don't believe it is the reason. It is a good thing that he showed you that now. He came back from Afghanistan so he probably has PTSD and doesn't…
  • A big Mexican burrito. Not too far from the truth :)
  • My energy is lower so I do lower impact exercises, but I still move. Helps me feel better and less sluggish. I am anemic, but I always take iron supplements during those days.
  • Could it be that there is something specifically that you are craving and not allowing yourself to eat it? When we do that, many of us eat everything around it because we have not satisfied our craving, and end up consuming more calories than if we just eat what we craved.
  • You're my kind of girl. lol. I put them on salads, in sandwiches, in tacos, or I just slice them up and sprinkle salt on them and eat them up.
  • I am no relationship expert, but it is obvious that you are both withdrawn from the relationship and it is a sign of depression. You really do need to go to therapy. Honestly, he is another child you're supporting and taking care of when he is supposed to be a support for you. No sex in four years? He is always gaming? Are…
  • My plans for the weekend, the dress I want to wear for my birthday, going to grad school, finding a new job, my hot professor, my hot Zumba instructor, or I look around class (not in a pervy way) and see girls whose bodies I wish I had.
  • I started my weightloss at 315. I am now at 280 and have the same concerns you do. I was going to watch it yesterday to see if it is doable for me, but I didn't get around to it. I am interested in starting it though. Maybe we can start it together and give each other updates on how we feel about it. I already know that I…
  • I think that the root of my weight issue is that I eat a lot of fast food because it is easy and I don't know how to cook. Growing up, I was alone a lot because my mom had 3 jobs so she would just leave me money to go get something to eat. There was never food at the house and she has bad eating habits as well. That is how…
  • I used to share my progress on facebook because I was happy and wanted to share. I would get a lot of positive feedback. However, I hated that suddenly people think they are a dietitians and tell you what exercises to do and what to eat. I was doing Weight Watchers and they have many success stories, so when people would…
  • Well...I will be in Zumba class with my super hot instructor
  • Not having to pretend I am interested in what the other person is talking about. Not having to be considerate of someone else if I want to make plans with my friends. Being able to go out on Ladies' Nights without anyone think I am on the hunt. NOT SHAVING SO FREQUENTLY is a big one for me :) Being able to take trips…
  • After I lost 50 lbs only some people noticed. My sister said she couldn't tell I lost that much weight. I felt bad at first, but then I told myself that I know the truth and that I am doing this for me. If you have over 100 lbs to lose, it takes a while for others to notice because even though I had lost 50 lbs, I still…
  • Hi! Edna from Phoenix, AZ :)
  • You look great. I'm jealous ;)
