I agree with her - especially if you've had hypothryroidism for any length of time. Ditto for me. Hashimotos sucks for weight loss until you figure out what you can eat and not eat. For me, if I eat more than 20-30 carbs at a time my blood sugar will spike and that will cause my slow reacting pancreas to dump out a ton of extra insulin that isn't needed and then converted to fat...once I figured out what…
