Today I will be doing 20 minute workout with the ABS DVD. I started last week with walking also. Love groups and new ppl :smile:

I would like to join the group. I started doing TJ on Monday and I am walking about 2 miles at the park in the evening after work. I have a full schedule also with my baby, husband and work but I try to make time for me. Hope it's not too late and I wish everyone luck!!!

You shouldn't feel bad if you can't run the entire 3 miles. It is awesome that you signed up for it. Just try your best and run in intervals don't try to over do. You can do it!!!!

I got all the way to week 5 and stopped. I use to do the samething and think I couldn't run that long I repeated week 4 bout two times. When you feel like you can't go any longer try to push for 30 more seconds. You can do it. When you feel yourself pushing the hardest that your body making changes!!!

I have started and was on week 5 then stopped. I started back on week 3. I signed up for a 5k which is December 3!!!! I'll join if I can stay at my current week.
