Mine is doing the same thing.. I will take the advise of the notworthstalk and tighten the strap.. I notice when I loosened it; it would lose connection.

Yes it works on Iphone and yes just put in your headphones and it will tell you when to run or walk. You can listen to your own music too.. I like this one haven't tried any others. Good luck

Over protective. I don't have a lot of "friends" just a hand full and I feel like I have to watch over them all the time. SMH. This comes from being the oldest child and having to watch my little sister and brother a lot.

I have been bad this week :sad: I haven't did a workout this week but last week I was all over it... I need to step my game up. I had to come in work early all this week so waking up early wsn't happening and when I get home my daughter is on 1,000!!! No excuses. I have to do better.
