I'm on day 5 of the elimination diet and it is tough. I tested negative for Celiac and am wondering if continuing to eat gluten during the elimination phase will be OK or still mess with my system. All of this info and restrictions can be overwhelming.

I don't know the scientific answer for this, but I've been lifting weights 2-3 times a week for close to 15 years and always see the best and quickest results when I push myself - feeling the burn! Many women seem to lift light which is fine at first, but once it no longer feels challenging, it's time to bump up your…

I love peanut butter and this does a good job of satisfying my craving if I don't have a lot of calories left for the day. Walmart has It too.

I do more running now which is why I only do the videos a couple of times a week, but I can attest to the fact that the program does work and if you will see results if…

I just acquired the FR 220 with HR monitor and love it! There is an app you can download to wirelessly sync your run to the Garmin Connect website, and it also shows you all of your data on the app itself. I used the watch on my half-Marathon last week and it told me I ran 13.09 miles. Seems very accurate and is easy to…

I too only burn around 400 calories for an hour of Plyo. I am 5"7", 120lb, and in excellent shape.
