I agree 100% of ^^ the above (minus the troll part)... there is NO WAY you could have gained 10lbs of muscle in such a short period of time AND for sure with running .... I am a runner and have been for years and no one..... NOT ONE of my running friends (marathoners etc..) have ever had this problem. You have to really…

Use as you do with a regular potato... though cut the cooking time down a bit. French fries; baked; mashed; stews etc... the list is ENDLESS... search a recipe site and get ideas....

bump... the post from the divorced person (id name I cannot remember) saying to keep the bag way open was really funny and made me laugh... What drives my hubby crazy is that I leave my socks lying on the floor; I pick them up but not 'immediately'.... What he does that drives me crazy is drinking directly from the sink…

I am a red-head Canadian with VERY strong Scottish, Irish and English backgrounds and am so pale it is dumb! I love my paleness and now into my 40's I get compliments all the time as to how young I look. If you are proud of the pale skin you have then do not question it. I run both outside (gorgeous area along the waterfront path) and inside on the treadmill when it is damn cold and icy outside... I always have 1/2 whole wheat english muffin w light laughing cow cheese about 15min previous . keeps me going - and a banana when I get back..and I drink loads of water before. I prefer not to…

I am like UpEarly (who replied here also) - I record my weight once a month... but I do my measurements weekly (same day/same time). I find I have lost numerous inches all over my body - but the weight is coming off slowly. I am running and swimming like no other, so my muscles are getting tighter, therefore heavier, but…
