I usually have one for breakfast, chocolate protein powder, fresh or frozen strawberries and either water or milk. Yummy. I was also told that it is best to have them after a workout not before.

2 tbs hummus and 10 baby carrots. Fills me up all the time.

I was wondering the same thing. I am usually over on my fiber, and my protein is always so much higher. I didn't think it would be a problem, but I wanted some feedback on it too.
