I weighed in and lost 5 lbs. The Calorie counting really opened my eyes as to how much I was eating before. You don't realize just how much picking here and there makes a difference. Plus the water! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Since tomorrow is the first BL Show, we could do 30 min cardio; and 3 reps of 12 of weight/core training plus the 8 glasses of water of course. What ever fitness level you are at is ok as long as you do something. If you don't have weights, use a can of veggi's it works wonders for the upper arm flab. :drinker:

I think we should do a water challenge too! Water is a very important par tof weight loss and speaking for myself, I do not drink nearly enough. I forget when I'm sitting at my desk all day even when I have a full glass in front of me. :blushing: Let's try for the 8, 8oz glasses a day.

I know exactly how you feel. I think I am doing good and not eating that much, then I type in the calories. There goes my whole day! Not sure how to correct it though other than plan your later meals after you see how many calories are left for the day.

Thanks rheston as I was wondering the same thing. I don't know the differences on the machine settings and your answer was very helpful. I would have never known that you have to mix up routines.
