You should try icing the area where it started. Ice for 30 minutes on and 30 off. That may relieve some of the pain, until you see the doc.

Usually it's the opposite, if I'm working out. If I'm just dieting then yeah, I get meaner. But working out I get happier. :brokenheart:

Keep up the good work. I BOMBED big time. I had a very stressful three weeks (family crisis). Hopefully it's over now and I can start back where I left off. I gained 6 pounds by not watching what I ate and not exercising. Sorry red team! Today is a new beginning!

Hi all, Weekends are tough to stick to exercising. Managed to maintain my calorie intake though! Water - not so much. I think I'm part camel! I always forget to drink especially when I'm home. It will be 8:00 at night sometimes when I stopa nd think; wow I didn't drink anything today. No :cry: workout today.

On the wate issue; Accordng to WW they said if you drink unsweatened teas, add crystal light, or diet tea mix to your water it counts as water as long as there are no calories in it. So here are a few options. Also Club soda or tonic water - :smile:

Yes, According to WW any water based liquid that is 0 calories is consider part of your daily water intake. Unsweetened Iced Tea, black coffee, Hot tea, etc. Even if you use crystal lite or the diet tea on the go mixes in your water, it counts as water. :drinker: :drinker:

And combo of things work best depending on fitness levels. maybe somehting like: four days this week 45 minutes of cardio Three days this week of core training Two day of weights.
