You can add fiber to the nutrients that are tracked on your Food page. Go to goals and add fiber under "custom"... I think this is the proper procedure- I havent changed mine in a while.... Hope this helps-

Tip to save fresh herbs: use an old ice cube tray, chop the basil, fill the cubes with basil (or other herbs) and then add enough water just to cover. Freeze. When frozen, pop them out and keep in a freezer bag for whenever needed. Drop a cube into marinara sauce, pasta, etc. Waaalaaa! :wink:

When I cook mine, I put them in a skillet and then "poach" them by adding small amounts of water. The water doesnt dry them out and there are no added calories or ingredients. :wink:

Another MFPer provided a "Honey Stir-Fry Chicken" recipe a while back- you can find it under the search function. I make it for my family- double the sauce ingredients for them and add a can of water chestnuts. They will only eat white rice.... it's delicious!
