I like to use "flat-out" flatbread as a "crust"- then sauce and usually just cheese- or sometimes loaded with veggies. cuts the calories alot.

frozen banana "ice cream" with a tsp of peanut butter- freeze a banana- then put it in a food processor- pulse it until it turns creamy (it will, I promise!!!- at first it looks like gravel- but keep going)- add a tsp of pnut butter- or squirt of chocolate syrup or just eat it plain. bumping for later- thanks for sharing! When you only make one in a 6 cup muffin tin, do you put anything in the other 5 cups? I was told once that I had to fill the others with water.... I think it was to make sure there is "even heating"- but why would that matter?
