My signature pics is when i started this journey up to New Years..I started at 198 lowest at 151. I am 5'5". I was in a size 18.. Brands of jeans seem to run smaller an larger...but I am most comfy in my ae jeans size 10. Good luck on your Journey!

Good Luck to you to start with....I thought I was having shoulder trouble to start with. Went to see my Ortho surgeon he put me on steroid pills for a week to see if that would help an i believe they do that to try an rule out things. But after i went back the second visit he did more rotating with my shoulder. an pressing…

I get tired of it at times. The way my work schedule is sometimes. But I find when I Don't I have weight gain. I pay closer attention to amounts eaten etc. when I do it. I have the App on my Phone so it makes it so much easier to do. Good Luck in your Journey!

I have had a Lot of Neck trouble an my Dr has told me to stay off Treadmill's Elliptical is easier on all joints Treadmill tends to cause a lot of pounding. Plus I feel it helps work more muscles than the basic running on Treadmill :smile:

I found a Protein Shake this weekend that's pretty Good It has 23g of Protein an only 110 calories to the whole bottle. Protein Plus Vanilla Creme Shake It's good Helps me to make it all day when at work an I may not get a break. Good Luck!

I'm a Jif Girl!!!! Love it!! Now I have started getting the Reduced Fat. But there is another as well called Simply Jif. Never tried it But I hear its good. I love the Low cal bread its 35 calories a Slice with a table spoon of peanut butter Amazing Snack ;)

Hi All Well I'm into my 2nd week of my 30 day challenge. Wow Its such a great workout. I've also bee using my Wii Fit as Warmup doing someYoga etc. and some balance games..
