I signed up on MFP and started losing weight in October 2011. I am 5'10 and my starting weight was 163 lbs... This week I reached my first goal of 143 lbs... I was incredibly sore after the first day of 30 DS and had to take the second day off... after that one day of recovery, I've never been that sore again. So I would definitely stick to it!!

Hi Tam, thank you for your friend request :) Aqua zumba sounds fun, I've never heard of that before... Thanks :) yeah, when I joined MFP, I took it really serious and sticked with my 1500 cal goal (although I still eat tons of pizza and drink sodas...) I also went through the whole 30 DS and started Ripped in 30 last week.
