i inject them like you would with turkey...i take a healthy italian dressing and inject a bit into each one with a marinade syringe, then just toss them in some olive oil with kosher salt and black pepper. roast them for about 25 to 35 minutes depending on size and they're awesome!

Blueberries (especially wild blueberries) are a superfood! Sooooooo good for you! I haven't tried them for soreness but i'm going to give that a shot...you can't go wrong with blueberries

i think 180 to 200 is about right for just tuna (if anything it's a little high and i like to overestimate food calories) :-)

i have had GREAT success not eating my exercise calories. once or twice a week on the days that i treat myself, i will eat an extra 500 calories or so and then work them off, but 5 or 6 days a week i stick to my calorie goal no matter how much i burn in exercise. i think this has helped keep my metabolism going...i have…

you can brew a natural tea from senna leaves...works every time...or take a senna based laxative.

i just use some olive oil Pam cooking spray and Jerk Seasoning. I cook in the oven at 350 (about 20 min...just check). They turn out awesome!:smile:

i would classify it as a walk...in my opinion, you should be conservative with how much you say you burn and round up the calories you eat.

our bodies are remarkebly efficient...sometimes it might not be 420 calories burned. just listen to your body. eat if you need to, or take some protein after your workout. maybe eat half those calories back. i never trust the "calories burned" numbers. i underestimate them and overestimate calories consumed.

i've been eating a quick sandwich on those 100 calorie whole wheat "rounds". depends on what you can stomach in the morning...some turkey, an egg, or sometimes i eat a Morningstar Black Bean Burger. Either way, not messy and i can eat it in the car.

i've been overweight all my life and i wish i had stopped this terrible cycle sooner. It's my fault, I get it, but I wish someone had helped me make better choices sooner in my life.
