I drink Advocare's meal replacement shakes for breakfast. I mix it with cold water. It is good. It has 220 calories with 24 grams of protein. The sugar is a little high with 12 grams.

I did the Merrill Down and Dirty Mudrun Dallas a couple of weeks ago. It is not as extreme as tough mudder. It was awesome. Had a great time and a great workout. Now I am hooked and looking for other mudruns to do in my area!!! Have fun and get a group to do it with you!

I have been able to lose consistently when I stick to low carb eating. I will warn you though....if you go low carb and blow out one weekend with alot of processed carbs then you will gain weight back quickly. I keep my carbs under 60 per day.
