Gum and/or mints.

I eat back my exercise calories also. It helps. The more I work out the more I get to eat. I usually eat around 1400 to 1500 a day. I am currently 5'8 and 195lbs.

I have been taking them for two weeks and haven't noticed any descernible difference. I wasn't looking for a magic pill. Just something to add what I am already doing (watching calories and exercising.) I would say don't waist your money.

Welcome to the 40 and Fabulous Club. You can add me if you like!

Try your local YMCA. Or does the town you live in have a recreation center?

Of course I count them. You are lying to yourself if you don't.

2 lbs. Glad it wasn't more. I totally went off the chain this last week. Back on track today!

Well looking at your photos I am a little concerned. You are already thin and are not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. That being said.....if you don't want to gain weight and are using this site to keep you on track, I would suggest set yourself on maintenance and eat back your exercise calories. Do not net…

I bring snacks to work with me. Usually a cut up apple, almonds, string cheese etc. To keep me from the vending machine, I don't bring any money to work with me including change. That way when I am tempted to hit the vending machine.....I can't. I am like you.....once I have one sweet treat (chocolate) it is all over.....…

A pair of Miss Me Jeans.

WOW What a difference!!! Looking good girl!

If I eat crap I just work out harder to compensate for it. You're human. It's not reasonable to think that you are never ever going to have pizza or pasta or cake or whatever again. Just everything in moderation and work your *kitten* off in the gym.

I don't wear my wedding rinf in the gym. I don't wear any jewelry in the gym. I am never without it anywhere else.

I took the top number on a healthy BMI and substracted five pounds. I wanted to be in the healthy weight section. I just recently achieved the goal of no longer being considered obese based on BMI. My next goal is to no longer be considered overweight based on BMI.

I am 5'8" and weigh 195. I wear a size 14 pants and a large shirt. I am pear shaped. When I get in the 180's(been there before) I'll be wearing some 12's and some 14's depending on the cut of the pants etc.

I have a fit bit and absolutey love it. I did link it with MFP. Just remember to only log your food on MFP. I don't log exercise on MFP and let my fitbit adjust my calories based on my activity for the day whether I exercised or not. There is a fitbit forum here on MFP. Read through some of it if you have problems getting…

I exercise so I can eat more. But, I also make my calories count most of the time. So if I am eating over my calorie limit it is not junk. (But sometimes it is. We are human after all. ) :)

This^^ You look great!! My question is how do you feel? If you feel strong and healthy then to heck with other people calling you skinny. That could be their jealousy and own insecurity talking.

I took a bikram(sp?) once and it kicked my *kitten*. I nearly threw up a couple of times during the class and was sore in places I didn't know I had the next day But it wasn't really my thing. I have taken other yoga classes and I am not a fan either. I like classes that are more active like body combat, zumba RIPPED etc.

It depends on your bone structure/build. Anything from 130 to 165.
