I take Wellbutrin XL and it does not have the side effect of weight gain. Thank God. I would sugges talking to your Doctor about possibly changing your meds. But it is my understanding that Lexapro is supposed to be weight neautral. I don't know anything about Prozac. Good Luck!

Many antidepressants have the side effect of weight gain. No matter what you eat or do you will gain weight. Ask your doctor to prescribe a medication that does not have that side effect. I take Welbutrin XL and it does not have the side effect of weight gain. It actually is supposed to actually decrease your appetite. As…

So in 7 months you will be 30 pounds lighter. If you quiet, in 7 months you won't have lost anything and may have even gained some. Hang in there. Those folks that lose 18 lbs in a month are the exception not the rule. You are losing a pound a week. I know it is frustrating but the old saying of slow and steady wins the…

It probably is fluid in you ears that is causing the problem. I know this isn't something that you can do right now but.....I had a friend that periodically had problems with vertigo. She started having ear candleing done and it helped her alot. May have been all psychological. But, it helped.

Trust your instincts. What does your gut tell you? You definetly should talk to your current trainer about this. If you don't it is just going to eat at you. Besides the other trainer coming up to you seems pretty chicken ****. What are his motives? Are there issues with him and your current trainer? Etc.
