When you're cooking, don't just make enough for tonight, make a second meal and freeze for another time. When it comes to rice, you can cook it ahead of time, freeze in portion sizes and reheat in the microwave with a splash of water. Jasmine rice stays the fluffiest. Definitely invest in spices. Lots and lots of spices. =)

It's the weight lifting and happened to me too. I wanted to eat everything in sight! I could've eaten 3000 calories and I wouldn't have been satiated. It will pass in time. Either he can eat and let his body build muscles or he can cut back on his lifting sessions.

There are lots of healthy deals to be found. It's really just a matter of learning the organic brands and searching for their coupons. Whole Foods and Sprouts have great coupon stacking deals (meaning you can match a store coupon with a manufacturers coupon). I've gotten tofu, zevia, and nut milk for free several times.…

Go to a couponing website, either iheartthemart(dot)com and/or thekrazycouponlady(dot)com, find your grocery store matchup list, and print out some coupons. I'd suggest rice and stirfry also. At walmart, small bag of white rice is $1, stirfry veggies are $2. That should leave you with enough to buy meat; chicken and turkey…

It's like riding a bike, you learn the balance required pretty quickly. I have inner ear problems, so I always veer left when I hit the treadmill. On a sadder note, today, I was reaching forward to fidget with the closed captioning on the gym TV and accidentally pushed the emergency stop button.... with my belly fat.

When this happened to me, it was my body building muscles and speeding up my metabolism. If you're hungry, eat 200-300 calories and then wait 20 minutes. If you're still hungry after that, then eat a bit more.

Washing with just conditioner (aka co-washing) works surprisingly well to remove sweat and oil. I do this everyday and only shampoo, maybe, every third day.

Everyone asks this question over and over, and the people who "get it" get irritated at the people who don't get it. To be honest, the information on this website is unclear and I still don't get it. So, can someone who understands it make a damn video already?
