Wow--15 lbs is great! I am staying even for the last couple weeks--feels sorta depressing until I remind myself that even if I work hard and don't lose, it is good for my body and heart--and mind! Also, when its around 'that time of the month' I always have bloating...could it be that? Stick with it!

My normal weight was usualy 105 to 108 lbs, but on some pain meds I gained up to 122. I am at 116, and trying my best but can't seem to shed it back to normal. At 5'1", an additional 10 lbs really means that I can't get my pants closed and I can't afford to buy a new wardrobe. I just want to be comfortable again!
